LASER TATTOO REMOVAL

Q-Switch tattoo removal lasers release high-powered pulses of intense and rapid heat which force the tattoo pigment particles to fragment and fade away. The selective nature of the Q-Switch laser, means that the surrounding skin and tissue is left safe and untouched.

At Aspire Sydney, we use the Lumenis Q-Switch ND:YAG laser which is proven to effectively treat black and dark-inked tattoos. At Aspire Training Clinics in  Melbourne and Perth, we use a CryoMed Pastelle Q-Switch Laser which is proven to effective treat coloured and black tattoos.

Most tattoos will require between 4 and 12 sessions spaced approximately 6 to 8 weeks apart. However, this will depend on the quality of the tattoo, scarring on the area that will be treated and how your body responds to the laser, so individual results may vary.

Every tattoo responds differently to laser treatment due to several variables for e.g: Age of the tattoo, Colour & depth of the ink in the skin, Size and concentration of the ink particles.

During your consultation, we will make an estimate of the number of tattoo removal sessions likely to be needed to remove your tattoo.

The discomfort of laser tattoo removal is often described as a “rubber band snapping the skin” and  can vary in intensity from client to client.

Our therapist team will do their utmost to minimise any pain or discomfort with the treatment.

Minor downtime with little swelling and redness after treatment.
