HydraFacial | Glowing Skin Treatment | Aspire Training Clinic

HydraFacial™ is a non-invasive, non-surgical treatment option for hydrating, extracting, cleansing and exfoliating your skin. With minimal discomfort and no downtime, you can see the results of the procedure immediately after treatment. HydraFacial™ provides numerous skin benefits including enhancing skin tone and texture. It also reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation and improves the appearance of acne-prone or oily skin.

DermaClear is a revolutionary medical grade resurfacing technology which clears out pores and hydrates skin.

Non-invasive water and serum based resurfacing facial treatment exfoliates the top layers of the skin, removing dead skin cells and impurities while hydrates the skin, providing instant rejuvenation and replenishment.

Optimum results are achieved with six to twelve fortnightly sessions. HydraFacials can also form part of a monthly to quarterly skin maintenance program

  • Avoid unprotected UV (sun) exposure for a minimum of 4 weeks prior to treatment. It is recommended you avoid unprotected UV exposure throughout the duration of your treatments.
  • Wear broad spectrum minimum SPF 30+ (UVB/UVA) daily.
  • The use of exfoliating skincare products recommended by your Dermal Therapist will help prepare the skin for treatments and enhance results.
  • Discontinue using prescription vitamin A (Retrieve ®, Retin A®, Steva A®) or high-strength over the counter retinol 5 days before your treatment unless advised otherwise.
  • If you have a history of herpes/cold sores, you may wish to take anti-viral medication prior to treatment, to prevent an onset.
  • Areas treated with muscle relaxants (eg. BOTOX®) or dermal fillers must be completely healed (eg. no swelling, bruising, redness or discomfort) before any skin treatment can be performed.
  • Avoid waxing or anything that may cause trauma to the skin during the healing phase.

  • Do not use any moisturisers or lotions which are highly perfumed or contain active ingredients such as retinol, glycolic acids or vitamin C. Please use bland products during the healing phase or until your skin is no longer sensitive. Thereafter please use your prescribed skin care regime.

the heat sensation is painful (similar to a burn) please call the clinic.
  • Avoid heat-inducing activities for 24-48 hours.
  • Avoid chlorinated pool water for 24-48 hours.
  • Do not pick or pull at any areas of peeling or crusting, as this may increase your chances of infection resulting in a scar.
  • Avoid waxing or anything that may cause trauma to the skin during the healing phase.
