Operational Manager & Trainer   Hello, my name is Gosha  and I am an Operation Manager and lecturer at Grayclay. I have graduated from Grayclay in 2012 in Graduate Diploma in Dermal Therapy. I also hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Factor IV and Phlebotomy  and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. I have worked in a medical aesthetics for over 13 years and have been employed with Grayclay for almost 6 years. I have gained over 32 additional qualifications in medical, business and compliance fields. Apart from my academic qualifications I have accumulated many years of knowledge whilst working with leaders in the medical aesthetic industry.
