COVID-19 MEASURES

The safe and responsible resumption of dermal therapies and cosmetic medical procedures is underpinned by strict adherence of this clinic to COVID19 infection control protocols. Our staff are well placed and experienced in managing strict infection control guidelines, within a dedicated clinical environment, that are necessary to focus on safety of clients/patients, staff and the wider community.

Our priority is the health and safety of our clients/patients, staff and the wider community so if you have any respiratory symptoms or feel unwell in anyway, you will need to reschedule your appointment. Late cancellation fees have been waived but we do request that you notify the clinic as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment.

PROTOCOLS
Attendance at the clinic

• Appointments are scheduled to minimise waiting time as much as possible.
• We request that children and any accompanying adult do not also attend our clinic.
• On arrival social distancing measures need to be adhered to within the waiting room.
• All clients/patients will be provided with hand sanitiser
• Any clients/patients with respiratory symptoms will be excluded from entering the premises.

Face to face consultations and treatments

• Patient’s wearing a face mask may be required to remove that mask if the area of examination or treatment includes the face.
• Surgical masks, (and any other PPE deemed necessary) will be worn by your Dermal Therapist, Nurse or Doctor as needed during procedures..
• After each treatment, the room and equipment will be cleaned and disinfected.
